On May 31st of 2007 Blake Clayton and Section86 launched It Burns When I Pee. Host Blake Clayton wanted to put out a show that featured the best in REAL country music. The sole purpose of the show is and has always been to feature the amazing music that is out there that Corporate Nashville doesn’t want you to hear.
Of course, over the past year, IBWIP has added a little raunchy favor to the show. From phony phone calls to enemy bashing skits we have tried to push the envelope of adult humor. Even Section86.com front man, Andy Hughes, has told us to tone it down, but we keep bringing it at you anyway. The show is not for the office or for the kiddies, it’s for the people who love real, raw emotional music, and boner popping comedy. As one fan described the show, “It’s Hee Haw meets Jerry Springer.”
In July of 2008 IBWIP went threw a rebirth. Blake’s life has been altered and it was only right to do the same to the show. Episode 17 was the first episode to feature the new co-host Ryan “Creepy Guy” Hamm and the show’s new (and improved) show honey Norma Jean. The addition of Ryan and Norma Jean to the show have brought new life to IBWIP. With new segments and more of a “party” feel it has really made a huge difference to the show and given Blake a new sense of dedication to the revolution that he stated in mid 2007.
